Prescribed Requirements (How to Rent Guide, EPC, EICR, Gas Safety Certificate) will be served to tenants by email at the outset of each tenancy.
If the Owner is based outside England and Wales, Non-Resident Landlord Tax obligations may apply. Please seek independent tax advice.
